I wonder if you can sort out the marketing department.

That in itself is a big job, hopefully the corporate companies out there will start viewing the Sharks brand in a different light now, we really need to have a good season on the field in terms of performances & as many wins as possible.

Just as important is to keep our noses clean off the field as well, I would like to think if we do that we will have some decent sponsors on board this time next year.

I'm so damn high on this bloke.

He's been here 20 minutes and he's already selling the Club better than anyone has in twenty years. Everything he's saying is right on the money.

His experience with the Mariners is probably more relevant for us. Similar demographic/community.

Also, I think we can be sure he's here for the right reasons. He mentuons at the start of the interview he mentions that he's waited a while and received a number of offers since he ledt the Wanderers. I'm almost certain that at least one of those was from Carlton who would have thrown a heap of cash his way.

Can't believe we got him. Credit to the Board.

After watching the interview on the Sharks website, I'm even more excited. Hearing him talk about not just his time at the Wanderers but his previous appointments in soccer. It sounds like he is genuinely enthusiastic about taking us forward. Lyall didn't seem to keen on looking the interviewer in the eye though haha

yep we finally win a comp and we go bankrupt paying that incentive

If he gets all his incentives money will not be an issue. He is there to grow our club to make it strong.

Flanno is responsible for on field results.

So you're Lyall Gorman and you walk into the Sharks...

What do you fix first?
