Yes it is bad cap management. this is why when I hear people say we should pay overs for someone I want to slap them in the face. The way to make a good team is to have the best value for money out of your whole squad. find someone who can do the same job and pay them less, that equates to a strong Squad.

I'm hoping by end of year this is what we see:

1. Holmes
2. Gordon
3. Feki
4. Beale
5. Gagan
6. Barba

I can see that backline being a dominant force in the next 2-3 years, with backup from Leutele, Brown and Addo-Carr all of whom will be pretty good second stringers

Now we just need a few props and we should be set for 2015.
I think we should go after Mitchell Allgood and Toka Likiliki.
Maybe even give FuiFui MoiMoi a lifeline.
