Kevin Brown has denied he is even talking to the Sharks , what about our 20s halfback , Oz schoolboys half lets hang onto him , a couple of years with our youth and it will set us up for the future.

Call me crazy but I have never been a fan of Ennis.

In saying that, his ability to kick out of dummy half and give us an alternative kicking option instead of relying heavily on Robbo will give us a new dynamic.

We will be able to bury teams if our pack stands up. Ennis is a great recruitment for us.

Fifita Ennis (plus 1?) Lewis Graham and Gal.... how is that a Myth?

I hope Lewis regains his best form but I have my doubts. Gal would be great if he played the same role for us as he does when playing for Australia, but he doesn't. Our pack isn't as good as what Sharks fans make it out to be, just my opinion.

I know people criticise Gal for being a hog, but he is an absolute beast. He provides ridiculous go-forward and rock solid defence.

I think it gets forgotten on here how powerful he is.

i see your point - but on paper not too many packs who would be better qualified.. Gal is a beast but could be a lot more focused on his specific role as lock forward and not the first option on the 4th or 5th play... "see his NSW role"

We are a little light on in weight compared to some of the bigger packs but plenty of ball playing and skill.... they just need to get it right - all at the same time!

And all representative 8-13 says otherwise, but i know what you are talking about. But to me that comes down to attitude and fitness. The fitness is due to the attitude.

2014 saw us play with a rookie 9 for 90% of the year. Our fitness was clearly down which caused soft big guys. Combining those 2 (fitness and a guy who wasn't ready for the big show) is a recipe for disaster. Ennis will hopefully get the best out of our forwards and provide them with some better organisation and direction. Lichaa is still a year or 2 off being a genuine 1st grader IMO.

Ennis is a good option for us to finish his career with. He is playing as good as he ever has and putting long term future aside, we need some results to re-gain some credibility in the comp. I dont care how that is achieved. We have re-signed blokes like Holmes, Gagan, Brown, Fifita, Graham, Feki etc all into the future so we arent all about 30 year olds, but you do need some experience in your team as well

I have never been a fan of Ennis I said. But he will be good for our team. He has a smart kicking game out of dummy half.

People that say the havent been a fan of Ennis have only not liked him cos he didnt play for us. He is a smart hooker and a smart footy player. He is a bit grubby. But like i said about Gallen, Sam Burgess is put on a pedestal and he is grubbier than Ennis and Gallen. Watch Ennis on Fox or in the under 20s commentary etc, he is a genuine bloke. He is a family man, probably a good citizen. he isnt some poser. He gets on the field and plays with passion. As long as that passion remains next year and beyond he will be a great buy. Because passion is something our team needs more of

The classic was Ennis tapping Smith on the head. No respect for Australian captain, they said. Well they weren't playing a test. It was a club game and Smith was just another player. Smith is a very grubby player and deserves all he gets and more.

like i said at the time, Gal is the Australian VC and NSW captain, would channel 9 be calling for the same respect to be shown for him?
