He will probably be going through post decision anxiety, if we want the best out of him, booing abuse, dropping him to reserve grade etc will have the reverse effect.Let the initial anger go and let's get on with it,let him want to go out on top with us.Take it with dignity.

Shire lifestyle, bankstown lifestyle *weighs up* hmm. Ah well. Let's go buy us a hooker and a halfback. Promote some juniors.

**** i said he'd go 140.

Simple fact is any player getting offered 700-900 thousand dollar contracts shouldnt have a game that bad in their repertoire

That's a good point. Rarely would you see a poor game from the likes of Thurston, Smith and the like. They are champions because they are consistently good every game

I know the media 99% of the time are full of ****, and 1 report has said we offered 50k below the dogs offer. But all along we had heard we were very close to the dogs offer and our offer was our biggest in our history so it probably isn't too far off the mark.

Anyway that being the case, it's pretty sad to see after all his tries and wins where he kisses our emblem on his jersey showing his love for the club, to see him walk out anyway.

What ever happened to those reports that he would stay if the Sharks offer was close or there abouts aye?

Just stick him on the wing for ****s and giggles

Fair enough, he should have post decision anxiety,,
Love my Sharks mates and if the club can come close to the offer I want to play in Sharks colours,
Yeah right !
Our players are/were close knit.
His decision puts ALL that at risk.
Surely even $650k (+ car) would have put food on the table and a $200K+ incentive based contract for his brother if he stepped up to first grade quality. (WHOLE family and club/players and fans happy)
SELFISH.

Yawn...

I can't bring myself to give a ****, no matter how hard I try - for those playing at home this is just another consequence of the 2011 cluster **** and the associated collateral damage, exacerbated by a hostile Board coup.

I'm also very disturbed by the weak, rediculous calls on "shoulder charges" as evidenced during the opening round, including ours last night. If this continues, I won't watch another game again.

I may need to sit out this season - love my Sharks mates, starting to hate the game...

When Fifita started with us, he was a player who had potential. His brother David is now what he was then. We should throw a decent 3 year contract at him and get over A Fifita (after we use and abuse his body this year.)He was never ours anyway!

So he's officially signed with the dogs starting next year. Kind of wish he'd go now. Watching him play in our colours now just won't be the same. Time to move on and find some blokes who want to play for our club. Not play for the highest bidder.
