The sharks are no longer a one man team. (As a gumby news report stated this morning). We have been winning without Gal more then not.

my take on things

* grahams no try was the correct ruling
* graham got taken out on the play for BJ's try, but i dont think he would of made it anyway
* we were just as offside as they were rushing for field goals
* bryce gibbs is epic
* pom opened up on mose right infront of the cage, it was epic
* for a team with its starting back row out, and a quality back in colin best, we did ****in well to hang on and get a point
* we now need to re group and flog the **** out of the Dragons, get down to the gong and give the boys a leg up!

I was very worried going into last night's game with the outs we had. As Blix said earlier, a point is just as good as a win for us at this stage given our poor F/A.

Is there a worse team in the comp than us under the high ball?

Frizzell was awesome last night. The Saints have done well.

My two cents. Very difficult for a team to front up with all the last minute changes. Fact is we did. The players that came in were on their game and dominated. We genuinely have a solid first 25 for the first time in years. Given that, however, we had 60% of possession, 8 more sets, we should have won. We forced one line drop out. Just not enough. Our kicking game was poor. That is what cost us. Our forwards absolutely dominated, our halves did not. And dont get me wrong, Todd Carney is a real talent, when he drifts across field everyone gets excited, he just seems to be playing within himself sometimes. Robson's kicking game cost us.
But, happy with the point...all things considered.

However the team that comes 9th may also be on 28 points.

1 toops, bit of the old toops there, good runs and off loads.

Toops looked vicious out there, fighting and swinging to get out of tackles, very aggressive and effective.

Looked like he grabbed his knee near the end but took a run after and was fine.

I cant beleive we went for the 2 points the first time when we had the roosters under the pump.
IMO. Game changer. We lost that other 1 point there.

His knee was fine did he say? Hopefully it didn't pull up too sore this morning.

He was clutching at it at the end but he played on, he played great minutes for his first game back, he might get a start next week if gal is out again

Agree with the first two. I'd probably give the 1 to De Gois. His attack was **** house most of the time but his defence was great.
