I totally agree with you andyshark the hotdog should be taking the shot at goal lettering Carney regrouping the troops

And getting ready for the set of 6.

Just got home from the game happy to take home the 1 point a good old fashion game of footy.
Even though the chooks just tried to bash the sharks from the start

The mighty sharks stood up and went toe to toe.

The Pom slam was at it again.

From where we were standing under the southern goal post it looked like Graham put downward pressure
On the ball so should have been a try.
Cheers gando, & (couldnt make it to the game) but from my lounge it looked like a try.

Happy to squeeze a point out of the game. Was very surprised even schocked to see a forward pass call go against the turds in the 1st half thought it looked line ball at worst, which usually means those sorts of calls go against the sharks!!!

Ok then bring back the in goal touch judges to call on the in goal decisions.

Its what they need. No video ref, 1 ref on the field, 2 touchies to call on forward passes and ball going into touch and that other ****. And a ref at either end to watch the grounding and contests for the high ball etc.

Really the video ref has the easiest job of any official in the game and he is usually the 1 making the most crucial errors. He can watch a try as many times as he wants, he can see it at different angles, he can slow it down, pause it, if all else fails give benefit of the doubt (WTF sort of rule is that), but still he can **** it up. How many times do you hear commentators say its a try and its called a no try, or vise versa. Its gettin pretty bad

Got back from the game a while ago and I CBF reading other posts so forgive me if it has been said. We really could have cracked them many time...this year with had a patience about our game with building pressure IMO they are a **** side and if we kept them on their line for 2 or 3 sets they would have cracked many times.

Have to watch the reply agin but we should have and other teams should take not to run at JWH the guy is sloppy and lazy defender he leaked 3 penalties and would leak a whole lot more if he was even more fatigued.

Cliché I know but we really would have been on the end of a embarrassing touch up if this was last year, like melbourne were embarrassed by the raiders. On another note i didn't really focus much on ricky but man has he gotten bigger I didn't really recognise him

I'll give the boys a wrap considering 5 players probably didn't know till today that they were playing first grade.

A lot of combinations were lost and I feel with one or two other players fit we probsbly win that.

Felt good to have 3 safe men at the back tonight though.

Oh **** off.

Are you even a Sharks fan? Or just a lurker?

Every one of those penalties was justified and then some. The Roosters are by far the most ill-disciplined team in the competition.

You don't have to play your best when you're down to 16 men with 6 of your best watching on from the stands. You just do your utmost to win, whatever way possible. Which they did. And they did the Club proud.

Well said mate

Cronulla had all the penalties and Easts only completed about 19 sets. If the Sharks want to play with the big boys, they will need to learn to play football. Getting down the other end and taking endless penalty goals isn't going to help against teams like Canterbury, Manly, NZ and Brisbane, who all can score tries.

Dude, real truth my ass... Looks to me doing a little baiting.
If that is case, it is so not wanted here

REALLY - We have already played well enough to already BEAT Manly, NZ, Brisbane and MELBOURNE - the team coming first. Lets see how we go against the dogs with all of our players on deck unlike last time we played them.

Seriously, Real truth - what a stupid comment.

I'm ok with result, kinda. Thou come to think of it, it could be a blessing in a disguise. It gives us one point and it puts us on an odd number. We keep winning and we would be head off and if bulldogs drop a game we move into 2 nd spot and melb drop 2 games we could be in 1st
