Great win, heart attack at the end but pleased we found some form and resilience.
Still a long way to go but great effort considering the troops we had down.

The main thing I’ll take from this game is that I’ll never ridicule anyone ever again for saying Hiroti should be in the 17.

From the first moment, the Sharks looked like a team with a mission. They were focused and disciplined.

This was a great performance. The last 15 minutes is what we need to work on but this is a great momentum and confidence builder into the finals.

The last 15mins is fixed with Colquhoun on the bench instead of 0mins of Moylan.

Brought last week's defense and commitment to Perth with us. Add to that decent ball control, better than usual go-forward and we produce a good 65 minute performance. Funny game, League.

We lost our way in the final 15 through fatigue & stupidity as we ran away from what had been working previously. Could have cost us big time. South had plenty of opportunities to come from behind and win in that hectic period.

In the end, a good win, at long last, against a South team that's in danger of missing the top 8 altogether. Like us, they've been too inconsistent throughout the year. We're still in the race for a finals spot, but it's going to be a nervous final month.

Surprising. He played well (more importantly I'll go for the clichéd "didn't overplay his hand"), but our forwards and Trindall had far more impact.
Probably means he got at least 2 DM points

To a point. We lost concentration and focus a bit. Thank God there was not enough time and the Souths imploded and we re-focused.

Would have loved to keep them at zero.

Hiroti was way better than i imagined he would be. We are well stocked in the back 3, Hiroti and Tracey being more than adequate for Ronny and Will. Wish i could say the same for the forward department.
