He's the one that choose to leave and he crumbled, so not sure why he's got a chip on his shoulder...

One thing that annoys me with ex-players that chose to leave us and then have some vendetta?

I think because of the daddy thing here. Not sure he'd be as bothered playing the roosters. I think the culmination of being dropped, scoring 4 tries, being called back up to first grade then scoring a try, against us of all teams? The bloke is lucky his heart didn't explode but acted out what he saw BHU do moments before. Poor fella must have come crashing down when he realised it made no impact on the game what so ever lol

Does he get near first grade if his dad isn't who he is?

Good win tonight !
I thought our forwards went good against a disorganised dogs watching the game felt like individual brilliance helped us win

Just a worry that we don’t build pressure and play the long game

Our team is full of everything we need just lacking ruthlessness

Team thoughts

Halves play attack all the time no pressure no long game Nicko is a natural 5/8 and plays on instinct

Smart hooker but needs a bit more authority in deciding on over calls

Front row good in small patches but never strike fear in anyone or in A or D

Second row is classy in good ball and in D but lacks coming out of trouble

Lock is good but never on long enough to stay in the game

Wingers are great and work hard but sometimes to much hard work again
Teams would hate playing against them

Centres are great as well strong in D and in A wouldn’t swap them for anyone
Every team would hate playing against them

Fullback is wonderful

I think he is a good player.

He made a huge mistake thinking he bad a future withbthe Roosters.

Look what they did to him and Sam Williams.

A **** hoe of a place.

I dont want him back though.

Flat track bullies the whole lot of them... and can't even do it properly against a pedestrian (to put it very nicely) Bulldogs team.
A handful of forward passes and 2 tries conceded to boot, that doesn't cut the mustard.

Forwards laid a nice platform against a marshmallow pack. It was nice to see BHU, Hazelton and co get over the tryline. At least the pigs got the just reward for their efforts.
Surprised that Fitz played Finucane for the first 47 minutes. Didn't drop off the pace for once, but at the same time, Bulldogs weren't exactly putting us under any pressure. Still a good performance from our captain.
Hynes was hot & cold, something's obviously off with him. Always involved, but the execution was terrible at times.

As for Canterbury, Mahoney is a turnstile. If Brailey was producing the same kind of non-effort, I'd ask for his head in a heartbeat. TPJ is a fraud and his Origin 1 selection still boggles the mind. That side has NSW cup written all over it.

Always good to take the 2 points, but we're not going to go very far this year if we don't step up a gear or two, especially with 10 games on the trot after next week's bye.
