still devastated ! I'm trying to get this game out of my head and can't - the last 30 secs bring me nightmares and the missed chance to be playing eels or raiders - any tips ?

The frustrating thing is that side of the draw, and had we won that game, seems so much easier than the side of the draw we now have. Home ground advantage and not get the win, mate.

Drink camomile tea, it's soothing and assists with restful sleep

For some reason keeping coming in here hasn’t helped me

I'm a resolute optimist with occasional bouts of pessimism. I've thought about it long and hard, we're actually in a good position (I would have gladly taken a win though to be honest).
I may have only one somewhat reliable good eye (makes being a Sharks fan much easier ;)) and truly wish I'd kept it closed on Saturday night, but I'm convinced we're going to the Grand Final.
I've got good vibes about it. The team learned a lesson the hard way, they'll get better.

We've got South covered if we play to our strengths, and we will.
Then Penrith, the benchmark, last time we played, we learned a few things. It'll be tough, but we'll be okay.
And then, GF against the Cows, the boys rip into them, no way we're losing twice in a month against these guys, use the last 20 minutes of the GF as a motivator.

Party time 🎊

We could be playing the Raiders in the GF

Sounds about right, the more mongrel the better. Maybe it’s why Raiders and Roosters can deal with us so easy, like I said last week before the game we haven’t really comes across quality opposition much this year.

This ain’t the time to sit back and congratulate Fitz for coming second because if we go in straight sets it just further shows in reality we are probably the 6th best team in the comp not the second and our draw favoured us and Fitz has plenty of work to do
Fitz has done well but we are bottom of the 8 team if it weren’t for the easy draw and key injuries to players from other teams.

I really think he needed to do better in getting the team up for last week. Maybe he did and this is on the team?

But losing that game at home could mean the end of the season for us now we are in the hard side of the draw.

All true but we've had a good year, the important thing is we build on this over the next couple of years.

I always thought it would take Fitz 2-3 years to get us top 4 so he's done a great job.

We definitely need some tinkering though.

How are we a bottom of the 8 team, we had the 3rd best defence, only just missed out on second best.

Teams have injuries all year, every year, to use that as a reason we did well is kind of dumb imo, it's just part of the game. We also never had a full strength team this year, not for one single game.

I wont comment on this easy draw thing everyone brings up, thats also dumb
