Metcalf is the last player they need. They need some players with experience.

Hard to stand in a player's way these days, particularly when they don't make your top 17.
But I really hope we hold onto Metcalf. Think there's something special there.
I once saw a very desperate looking man buy one raw egg from a mcdonalds.
They had to ask the manager - I think they charged him 60c from memory.
He told someone on the phone "I've got the egg" and left.
Got to be worth something to be a local junior.
Either stays with us as depth or goes to them as maybe marginally less depth but he is in a worse team and has to move to Qld and isn't sure if he is also moving himself to NZ in the future as a result too. Lots of buddies in our system and Moylan only being one year probably good sign for him also. Year after could be a different story but I doubt he leaves this year unless they want to make it worth his and our while.

Agreed but clubs can't just keep releasing players if there's better opportunities or more money elsewhere. It's just going to become even more of a **** show than it already it is.
Besides can the Warriors even talk to him. Didn't they try that with Dylan Brown ?
Also the Warriors is one of the last teams I'm going to if I'm a young player.

Centre or even that number 14 role.
I feel Metcalf has more positional value, looks like he's a better option than Tracey if we need a half or full back.
I am sure he can adapt to either centre or winger too.
