I do mate but I don't see how that can influence decisions players make or club boards make. They'd be silly to take the word of any hearsay by idiots on Facebook or drunk journos.

Didn't we have a board of directors that were friends with Rothfield at one point?

I hope everyone who doesn't follow the club hates us. Would love to be hated again.

Seems like a lot do actually, really caught up on peptides and salary cap still, throw in sacking 'good guy Morris' and we are back on most peoples list of disliked clubs

Trindall is an up and comer who played relatively well at half last year when he got the chance hence why the added benefit of Townsend leaving next year suits the play Trindall argument.

You get to see if the player on our books is worth keeping and you don’t lose much stock by having Chad sit out as he’s not killing it.

Trindall doing relatively well is an opinion I haven't heard a lot, even from him fans. What do you base that on?
If there's not really anything, maybe it's better to stick to the 'he hasn't had a fair crack' argument most others are using as to why Trindall comes in and Chad gets the flick

With the peptides scandal, cheating the salary cap, having unpopular players like Gallen, Ennis and Fifita recently in our team, the way Morris was treated and having the audacity to not relocate. I’d say we’re still very low on the popularity scale. We can’t go too low though, that could cost us potential sponsors. Believe it or not I’m actually hoping we clean up our image a bit.

I feel like its the media that just hates us

It’s DEFINITELY not just the media. We are still horribly unpopular among the general community.

What a stupid comment

I’ve based it on my own thoughts from the things I’ve seen him do at halfback. I’m not familiar with the i should be thinking the same as most others do just because most others are thinking it. If everyone thought like you we would be fkd

I’ll stick to what I want and you can stick to what you want

Old mate, I'd merely asked if you could help me understand your point of view? What had you seen that others might not have?

Not a rumour it's true. Sharks need to learn that you can't just throw money at marquee players. You need to show them love and have a longer term strategy. Players wamt stability. Life after footy is hard for some so you need a roadmap and vision for the future. Seems we have zero.

If it’s true, then it has to be included in the salary cap. That means the Broncos offer was not less than the Sharks offer, and the reports are bogus.

Sharks are familiar with this strategy. Luke Lewis had this in his contract when he came over from Penrith (post-career coaching job).

You can’t keep them all around afterwards. I don’t want him hanging around anyway if he were to spend his playing time injured and stinking it up.

Plus, he’s low level marquee really.

Calm down, miss one player and we have no vision for the future?!

We could have got him to shave his head and offered him a job playing at the club in a Rose Tattoo tribute band.

Hoppa is so bad mate

I hope everyone who doesn't follow the club hates us. Would love to be hated again.

don't worry even when we are a shambles and no threat on the field we are hated, perhaps even more. at least when we were a good team some of the fans at least respected us

Trindall doing relatively well is an opinion I haven't heard a lot, even from him fans. What do you base that on?

Please give us one reason or benefit for Chad staying in the team? I don't hate chad but it's pointless trotting him out anymore

If he loves the club as much as he claims he wills step aside and help the new kids coming through. have Chad on the bench if you really feel uncomfortable I don't give a **** but we need to start Trindal and co. and give them significant minutes to know where we stand with them and where they stand with us

what exactly are we holding onto here?

I swear some of you blokes has bought shares in his beer and hair product
