For those wondering why he is training in red he has injured his calf. Had calf issues last season too

Saw the big fella today with his family having some down time at Kurnell, having a swim & run around with the kids & looked in great shape.

I think he'll have a much better year.

Can't speak for the knee but he's looking trim as **** which is great. A big year from Fifita will make a big difference for us.

We all knew he was looking good but 15kgs is impressive, plus another 5kgs to go.

Going into the season with a fit Moylan and Fifita could be huge for us

Is NRL one of the only sports where players are regularly smashing KFC? Are there no team nutrionists?
