In your head, rent free
Our breach is way less than Bulldogs and Melbourne.
Less than Parra and Manly.
Its stupid. Cop the fine. Throw Gorman under the bus.
Move on.

Exactly. People are losing the plot talking about relocation.

Won't be a new SFS if Labor win (which is a good thing, ****test idea ever).

Yeah I noticed Labor's announcement too. Made me hope that they'd advance the benefits of suburban grounds if they get in. Probably a pipe dream though as both major parties are beholden to donations from big business. Labor might be trying to help another developer or construction company with a different plan.

Labor are going to divert the money to schools and hospitals I believe, which makes a lot of sense.

If it means they default to a suburb strategy, that's great.

If they ever want to centralise on bigger stadiums, and have a crazy budget to do so, maybe put them in a decent ****ing spot for once.

Ah yes that rings a bell as well. I miss out on some of the NSW news down here in Vic

Barry Russell's ability to get sponsors was the thing I remember him being most talked up about when he came in. He worked for the NRL in some sponsor gathering role.

Hard to get sponsors when you're being rubbished in the press all the time. Who wants their brand associated with that?

We're being picked apart by these cretins.

That's nothing new, though.

Surely Barry knew a salary cap investigation wouldn't help.

I'd like to know how much we blew on getting a female team up and running. I'd also like to know whose bright idea it was to do so without checking whether it was something that the NRL were willing to endorse.

My dream is they knock it down, Labor wins and withdraws funding, Allan Jones and mates are left with nothing but a hole in the ground.

Roosters could set up some tarps on the side of the hole and it would more than accommodate their fans.

My understanding is that Russell has been trying to get Flanno to cut some of his costs for a while but he has been reluctant - hence butting heads. Paper on the money from what I hear that Flanno won't be there post his current contract. A belief he has way too much power down there.

Sponsors would help!
