If they have done that, then that club is actually stupider than we give them credit for. Wow. $1m on a player who played 2 first grade games, $1m on a guy who doesnt even have a settled position. Could be exciting but very likely could be a shamozzle.

Jt has signed a 1 year million dollar extension. Jt is the best 5/8 or 7 in the game today, and possibly ever.
In 2015 when bird was our 6, his stats werent even close to michael morgans and morgan played less games. Bird mighta had him in tackle breaks.
newcastle have put a 3 year deal to bird with an annual salary close to what the best play maker in the game is earning.
The winner in this is birds manager. Jacks going to be under serious pressure to help turn that **** hole club around
