I think he's strong, and quick for a second rower. But Oates is pretty damn fast for a big man. I'm not sure if Capewell has the same explosiveness about him, but like I said, I'd love to be wrong.

Not sure about high end speed by KC's got a bit of toe. He's definitely quick enough to be an NRL centre if not a winger.
