with cronulla not being the best at the moment on or off the field. ive seen times when us or a different club is struggling and fans try their best to help but still struggle, does anyone want to give their thoughts on how the clubs going or what/how there will be changes?

I think the next few years will contine to be a struggle but each year will be an improvement.

The hardest thing now is attracting quality players to come play for us. We need a core of quality and experienced players to support the young guys coming through. We have the makings of a great team in 2-3 years

The main thing is that we need the average sharks supporters out in suburbia to remain commited to the club

They are only hanging on by a shoe string till the new TV rights hits, hence why no real big name players are being chased hard, then they are HOPING this will bring new fortunes.

I have a feeling 2011 will continue to be a cellar dwelling learning experience but expect a strong resurgence from this club in 2012 on the field. Our young guys are not "myths". They have shown enough to suggest they can be the real deal and should do good things around the more experienced players like Gal and JSmith next year.

Flano will take alot out of 2011 and no doubt approach next year a bit different and some of our greener players will have more first grade games under their belts along with further developing physically and mentally.

I'll still be aiming to watch them every week regardless.

I am hoping that not only will the development bring new fortunes, but we wont need to chase big name players, because our young players will be the big names in 2 years time.

I think first we need to keep hold of the up and coming stars we have now e.g. Peach and Frizz (From memory we have?)

Next step is to look at improving the half's, I'd give Townsend 2-3 more games to show us what he's got, if he does struggle I believe Tim Smith deserves one more chance.

i've had the same view since i was a kid gallenisgod - many before us have gone to the grave with this unfulfilled - lets only hope it can happen in our lifetime! (got approval from the missus to get my first and only tattoo - the sharks logo on my arse cheek the year we win it, no matter what age i am!)
