Bit of a nothing article, says we have tight cap and haven’t made an offer yet.

Pretty easy to find cap space these days with some tinkering

Also can’t see that many clubs really making a big offer despite his form. Almost all clubs are set at fullback. I’d imagine one of the new teams would probably want to aim a bit bigger like a Paps etc
