Re ET, I've mentioned it on here before but in Matt Rogers' first season in the top grade he was still a very small winger.
The opposition targeted him, which was no surprise. ET had the task of covering both his own centre position and looking after the little winger next to him.
He handled it easily and the opposition soon learned that running at Rogers didn't really give them any advantage at all because most of the time they'd be clobbered by his inside man.
And to add further, this is what set players like Steve Rogers and ET on a different level from the rest. They were so good that they not only had time to do their own job at the highest level but they also filled in any other voids in the team which needed filling.
