Not that I want Robson long term but for the rest of the year I think he and Brown could go well, Robson to do most of the direction and Brown can just do his thing with less pressure.
and who kicks?

Seriously we should try out Gordon for clearing kicks. Cant be any worse than Robson

Sorry could you tell me how Chad been going this year?

It's a joke to think we could've had Kelly and Chad playing in the halves as 3 year veterans this season and thus had a potential halves combo set for the next 6-10 years. We had so much invested in Carney when you consider all the players we released/overlooked as a result of having him at the club. (and yes I know Kelly was dimissed because of behaviour too but he was obviously acting out after he had been snubbed for any kind of 1st grade opportunity, following the arrival of Carney)

Agree with this 100%. Or even if we just had Chad instead of Robbo.

Haha, don't try and pin the arrival of Carney as the reason Kelly ****ed up and got himself dismissed. Kelly was already walking a fine line with off field incidents before we even looked at Carney.

Also, the reason Townself looks good is because Johnson is a freak of nature and playing phenomenal footy. Have a look at the Warriors opinions of Townsend earlier in the reason when Johnson was playing ****. Same even named him as the worse signing in the clubs history. Chad is literally the Robson of the Warriors. Looks good when his halfs pairing plays well, useless when their halfs pairing is having a shocker.

maybe your right about Chad, I was never as big of a supporter of his as some on here, but at the end of the day he will be better than any half we play for the rest of this season, next season and probably the one after too and thats the sad truth. FMD I know I'd take Chad over Holdsworth everyday of the week

We'll need a complete cleanout now, Gallen, Lewis both go to Penrith if they want to win a comp. Ennis should get the hell out of his deal.

We need a new half, a front rower and good centre and winger. Relaxxxxxx...

Agreed, our side is looking good if we had 2 good centre/wingers and a halves combo. We have the money now, lets see if we can snag someone from another club paying overs for a few years to develop brown?

How Old is Gibbs? I thought he was well in his 30's, if he isnt then my bad, he wont be retiring soon then. The Douglas situation was meant to be a joke anyway as you can tell with the "hahaha's"

What half aside from Reynolds is available in the near future?

None of real quality. The only I know of is both Ben Hampton and Ben Roberts from Storm and Robert Lui from Cowboys.

Ben Hampton has some promise but I believe he needs to be mentored not the mentor !

Cherry-Evans, Cornish, Hodkinson, Hunt, Isaac John, Keary, Albert Kelly, Sezer, Maloney, Kieran Foran, Sandow, Morgan, Leuluai and Adam Reynolds are all available after next year.

Kyle Stanley, Luke Kelly, Ben Hampton and Samisoni Langi, Anasta, Beau Henry, Rob Lui, Sam Williams and Tom Humble all seem to be available for next year.

I like quite a few of those names, even some from the second list. And I don't actually think that a Robson/Brown combination would be that bad in the short term.

But how much difference will any of them make if we don't have a quality football department that has the resources they need and a culture of rigourous hard work and tge pursuit of excellence?

Tagataese, how long left in his contract? He may not be in good form atm but he can be a real asset, I hope we re-sign him when his contract ends
