Would love to sign Walsh. I was calling for us to sign him a couple of seasons back. He would make a HUGE difference to our side IMO.

Not a fan of Walsh.

The guy goes missing too much, especially when you need him most, and his defence is horrid.

He's got a good kicking game though.

Wouldn't be in the team for his defence. Has one of the best kicking game's in the comp. And great passing game, speed and good vision.

Or would you rather a bloke who defends alright, can't kick, has no speed, can't pass and has no direction whatsoever??

Yes he would. I've had that argument with him before.

The guy can have the best passing and kicking game in the comp, but what use is it if he doesn't get involved?

That's what irked Penrith fans the most about him. One week he would have the ball on a string and lead the Panthers to victory, then the next 6 weeks it would seem he wasn't even on the field.

i would rather luke walsh "going missing" and still have a threatening kicking game, and lead the nrl in assists off kicks, than have jeff robson...

Who are all these penrith fans you always speak of ? It's like you're their official spokesman

He's probably over there doing the same thing for all of us Cronulla supporters.

"oh yeah I'm a big dog on the sharks forum. We all think Simmons shouldn't have been let go and Robson is one of the greats".

Actually no, when I was posting on PP I spoke about how the Sharks fans weren't happy with Robson and how I hoped we would sign Austin.
