Bye bye top 4
Was just looking at our draw and thinking the same thing. Manly with the chance to knock us out of a spot in the finals.I guess i don't need to point out last rd V Eagles? typically it goes like this.... Sharks Running 4th have to win to secure a top 4 position and home final. Manly 10th playing for pride only. Manly 20 Sharks 10, Sharks finish 5th end of regular season, Manly look like World beaters. I'm at the game in a Private box event , get beaten up later at Brookie pub.
No reason?? What reasons have you seen over the last 6 weeks? Are these reasons in the room with us right now?I think we will still finish top 4. Season is not over. No reason we can't go on an end of season run into the finals.
We have lost games we should have won. Some short turn arounds impacted our energy levels. we lost some confidence and energy. I have no idea what the boys training loads are at the moment, but lets just say they took the bye rounds and the middle season to focus on hypertrophy/strength. They then are a little more heavy and sluggish. But this then can turn into a focus on speed and maintaining size near the back end of the year. I personally am not majorly concerned. I think we'll end up 5th/6th. Win our first finals game, sniff our own farts and tell the haters they are wrong before putting in a **** start and getting bounced in week 2.we will win 3 games. make finals. get bounced
