Gotta say, it really is frustrating and hard work to follow this club. Got a board who are useless (and I'm not referring to the kneejerk decision to sack carney) and have failed to land sponsorships, appointed a coach for this year that everyone could see would not be good enough, the bewildering decision to re-sign flanagan and a team that except for a handful of players is useless.

We have to develop the good players we have in our lower grades. Nu Brown at 6 with Robbo, Holmes to fullback before the end of season, Gagan to play every game even if they play some crappy games they just have to play. Holmes is potentially a point scoring machine, he needs to play because despite last week, we just can't score points.
This year is gone, next year is possibly gone as well. We just have to do a Penrith and bite the bullet as supporters and understand that. Blokes like Carney and Albert Kelly, whilst great talent, they just can't handle life when they get hurt and are not playing. Having a leader like Peter Sharpe has not helped.
We need to develop our youth alongside experience like Gal, Ennis, Lewis, Tupou and Michael Gordon. Not hold them back just because they are young. If we do this then we can play a more exciting brand of footy.

Don't agree. If McQuire can't get him to be a top half how will Flanno? I am hoping that now Carney is gone the board will follow next year and the new board after we lose 10 in a row punt Flanno.

Get Katie Page or Shane Richardson as CEO, cut the deadwood in the staff (anyone who thinks their main job is to wear a Sharks uniform around), ban anyone from Damian being made chairman, get rid of anyone who was an enabler for Todd Carney. That's a start.
