Congrats to the Harold Matt's boys who won the sprint race, earning the $2,400 prize money, defeating Souths, Roosters and Illawarra..who ever our last runner was, well he can run.

Roosters got out to a solid lead and looked home, but died in the arse, illawarra then steamed ahead, sharks drifting close to the front until illawarra and the roosters turned on the afterburners until our last runner stepped up and said see you later and got us from last to first.

well we won something....

The Hisense Cronulla Sharks Harold Matthews side took out the Holiday Inn IHG Grand Final Relay race at ANZ Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The team, comprising of Sharks six young flyers were too quick for the three other under 16 teams - Souths, Roosters and Illawarra.

Jack Vanderhart, Sam Rauicava, Jason Gray, Wade Nielson, Jayden Derbas and Dean Spanos were the Sharks representatives that raced and were led by Darren Horton.

The race was a very tight one with the side pipping the others on the line.

Congratulations boys!

yep gymea that is my club from a couple of seasons ago and he came over from the south sydney comp a couple of seasons ago I didn't think he was that special but then he kept scoring try after try for matts.

aw no! hahaa i have exclusive footage from inside the dragons supporters.. i took my mum to the GF yesterday and the tickets were right down in the middle of all the dragons supporters.. i went undercover (in my sharks jersey and CSSC scarf)..
