Weird Warm-up Games??

last night i attended the titans v panthers game. When the panthers were warming up they were playing a game where there was two teams and it was like a game of possesion, where they would throw around a small silver ball and you would have to pass ity over the try line,they were throwing it forward and it didnt seem to be helping anything, and considering frank pritchard got injured and had to miss out on the game due to it, it helped me prove my point the mathew elliot is a shocking coach, do the sharkss do anything like it?? why would teams do warm ups like this???

well i only saw the Sharks warm up in Bris this year and they didn't do any of that crap, I've never really rated Matt Elliot as a coach either, think he's rubbish.

it'd have its pros and cons but i'd think that the risk of injury in a game like that would outweigh the benefits over a more standard warm up

i get my cricket boys, and before i play cricket i like to have a footy around and just kick that around and relax... gets ur mind off the game... maybe thats what they were going for?
