I hope not as well but I feel like after his performance today they’ll use it as a perfect excuse to fit both him and Green in the team.
I love Green but he doesn't deserve to be in the team atm.

Marsh is killing it and has said he doesn't want to open. Leave him alone I reckon.

Again I agree. Just feel they want to an excuse to have them both in the team.
Greeny has all the talent in the world, I seriously thought he'd be close to the top players in the world by now but there's something missing with him, I reckon he doesn't have a lot of self belief.

He needs to hit form in the Shield for a while for mine, earn it.

Especially for @CrazyMatt

Retiring Test opening batsman David Warner has nominated Marcus Harris to replace him at the top of Australia’s order when the veteran departs after the Sydney Test early next month.

Marcus Harris shouldn't get the spot, imo it's time to give a younger guy a chance, we use to give previous younger guys more chances then just a few tests, these days we don't give anyone more then 1-2 tests unfortunately.

What a catch by Marsh to get rid of Salman! Thats the wicket we needed. One more to go now and this could be done by tonight.

And there it is. Very good test match, well done to Pakistan for making a game of it, but the Aussies simply too good.

Also, a big 50 for Carey, boy did he need it.

Did anyone think Rizwan was out or was he hard done by?

For me, the benefit of the doubt should always go to the batsman. And in this one the was plenty of doubt.

Clearly out.
I think he was really hard done by, benefit of doubt has always been for the batsmen, it hit half his arm & wrist part of his glove. I think it should have been ruled as not out. The main umpire said "no" so most times they'd stick by what the main umpire said.

If it hits any part of the batsman's glove and said glove is holding the handle of the bat at the time it hits, then it's out. The laws are pretty clear.
Unlucky? yes. Out? Also yes.

The mark on his arm looked further up than the wrist band. I think that was the main thing confusing people, even Gilchrist.

The hotspot definitely looked out though.
