Stars are on fire. Did not see this coming. Losing Duckett is a huge loss - desperately need an opener as Rogers is just ****ing hopeless.
However is our middle order can keep this form we can win the whole thing imo. Going to be a good finale series

Pretty sure he's still injured. Phillipe has also been very ordinary lately, I don't think we have a lot of runs in us atm.

Yep, just looked at our squad and the only player I can see that would open with Phillipe is probably Kurtis Patterson. But he's not in the best form either. Looking pretty threadbare. Even the bowling is light with only Kerr and Dwarshius - Moises will have to bowl a few overs it would seem.
If the Hurricanes don't win then there is something wrong.

I don’t play at a high level, but there are still plenty of pitchers that throw that hard where I play. Not all of them have any control though. 🫤

That's when it is even scarier.
I've got a young fellow in the cricket team I coach who is easily the fastest bowler in the team and when he is on the stumps he is unplayable. Unfortunately 95% of the time he is all over the shop and wild full tosses are not out of the question. I'd love to bowl him more often in a game but I'm scared he'll kill someone.

Stars good comeback at the end of the BBL season when they were coming dead last for a while. Looked like they were going to get done under 100 for a while tonight too. If it wasn't for the good Queenslander they would have got out for under 100 haha. Steketee put up a good fight at the end.
