Surely there coach gets the sack after this series. This is close to being the most embarrassing test side I’ve witnessed on Australian shores.

no where near it

sides used to travel out here during the 90's and early 2000's , get 500 dec. put on them by the aussies in their first innings then get bowled out twice and lose by an innings rinse and repeat. opposition were just fodder for aussie batting and bowling averages

was very boring

England are not anywhere near their best but it's not a gimme and we at least have to bat twice to win

England are an opener and a wicket keeper away from being more competitive this series but overall they look tired and unenthusiastic so they have to sort that at a team level as well

Used to be a lot of suspect decisions given against opposition batsmen in Australia in the old days. Not that it's helping the Poms much but at least there is DRS now. International umpires was a good move pre-covid too.

How old are you? You weren’t around in 06-07?
The Australian side of 06/07 is probably the best test side ever.

The current team we have is good but really not that good. To be beating England like we have the past 2 tests is just embarrassing.

The selectors have guaranteed Harris the rest of the series. As much as I don't rate him I really like that, obviously easier when dominating the series though

Hope he scores big here.

Crazy Matt’s walking wicket isn’t doing too badly at the moment.

England have started day 2 well getting rid of Lyon and Marnus.

Still plenty in this wicket with Anderson, Stokes, Robinson and Wood all bowling well.

He’s still a walking wicket Chad. He’s playing on his home track, at the moment barely surviving. If you cant survive on your home track at test level then there’s no hope. He’s doing the bare minimum at the moment and thats pushing it. I really hope he gets to 50 and goes on with it now, because now we NEED him too.

Losing Marnus and Smith cheaply is huge. Game on.
