Hello there Sharks Tragics!
Do you want to deck yourself and your loved ones out in the Black, White and Blue but are just too strapped for cash after buying season seats (with your name on them!), Members Jerseys, Wall of Support Plaques, Sharks number plates, Sharks training gear, Sharks marital aids etc, etc, etc?
Well, I might just be able to help you there! Now firstly, let me just say that I normally only ever endorse buying your Sharks gear direct from the Club - UNLESS, that is, you can't get it anywhere else. And this is where I might be able to help!
Yesterday, whilst I was supposed to be working, I happened to stumble upon a place called "Footy Frenzy" at 576 Botany Rd, Alexandria. It is a big warehouse setup that also sells toys but at the moment they have also got all the discontinued stuff made by ISC from last year that you can't buy anywhere else.
Teams represented in the merchandise are; Rabbitohs, Eels, Panthers, Raiders and Roosters BUT most importantly, Sharks! There is also a stack of Super 14 stuff from the Waratahs, Force, Brumbies and Reds as well as some English Super League stuff.
BUT - back to the important stuff - heaps of Sharks gear from last year at cheap prices as follows:
Jerseys: $59 - Heritage, Home, Away - even some Toyota Cup stuff.
Shorts: $10 - training shorts.
Caps: $5 - media caps, training caps, Reefy mascot caps and beanies
Ladies Jerseys and Kids Jerseys: $59 - most styles
Plus more; T/Shirts, training shirts, etc
The stuff is piled up all over the place on racks and shelves but most of it is sorted into teams so you just have to dig for awhile to get what you want. The bloke that owns the place said the stuff is coming in by the truckload every day so merchandise is always changing.
Finally, LET ME REPEAT: This is all old, LG stock from last year. Must have been seized by the receivers when ISC went bust last year before being taken over by new owners.
So, if your collection is missing a few bit's and pieces from last year, check it out. BUT - don't forget to buy all your new stuff from the Club!
