No it doesn’t. It sounds like they are just piling everyone together and sorting it out from there.
My guess on how it’ll end up:
Graham = Kangaroos team on the bench or as a reserve.
Xerri/Brailey = U23’s
I like the new U23’s concept and I hope it permanently replaces the PMXIII team.
