we have kelly. Those try assists were his job as well as all other assists but he got injured and other than him we don't have any dangerous attacking halves in the club. If we had class centres our halves could just about get away with being uncreative but we don't. Graham was playing really well at the start of the year when he was organising the team and he is confident in doing that but he didn't have the kicking game to match it. He is young and is obviously not ready to help put on points in FG but he is very good at running hard, tackling and organising.

I am bing a bit of a smart arse here but I reckon in one of the sharks finest performance when Kimmorley was playing w/ us he would have got more repeat sets of 6 for us in that one game than Wade might possibly do all yr for us.

I know Wade is only young & we are 13 weeks into season one of his contract but all the people on this forum who were wetting their pants on him signing w/ us makes me wonder if they feel the same now.

I never said he was ordinary & I hope he turns into a star for us but I could never understand the hype or excitement when he signed w/ us.

We the club have made our bed now so we need to stick with him, god I hope he comes through or this is going to be another classic signing on our part.

He will be great for us, but it won't be in the halves, it will be at lock.
Chad & Kelly will be the halves.

u might be right Wado but I dont know if Wade agrees w/ you, when he signed w/ us he said the idea of guiding/directing the team around the park appealed to him & that was one of the main reasons why he signed w/ us.

But at the end of the day it's not his decision. If he can't cut it in the halves and if Flanno wants him at lock, he's not going to have too much say in the matter.

we a centre at the club that that created the most TA and LBA of any centre in the comp last year, any guess who it is?

Is our problem our halves or our game plan?

Get Best one one one with someone and he will create something for you?

Our centres need some early ball or need to be replaced with hole runners

Graham has been fine and has had some good moments, unfortunately as our "senior" half we have needed more from him, and I have to sympathise with him for that. I do see him moving to lock at some stage as well when we have a good halves combo to replace him but I don't know if I would say Robson is any better than him so am concerned about that.

I personally see graham as a 6 not seven.
I guess there isnt a great deal between them these days and to honest that is where i think the trouble is.
I first thought he was at 7 because Flano wanted to give Kelly a bit more room and to get him away from running the team around, it really does show our total lack of depth in the halves.

whether u are playing 6 or 7 u should be able to kik. Graham finds one of the bak three 95% of the time which puts us on the bakfoot from the start. He will be a great lok at the club but the sooner he is moved the better he will start playing which will benefit the team. I think most of u will be suprised with robson next year. He seems to give some stability and has a decent kik. and with some creativeness in kelly gards and graham outside him he may just blossom at the club...... i hope

Im interested in how much footy Kelly and Townsend played together in the 20s is it a lot, do they have a combination?
