If he thought he could be ****ed with pre season and cup he probably would sign for **** all just to try get whatever the last amount of games he ends up needing is*… and at some stage he’s probably get them

But fair enough he doesn’t wanna force through pre season and who knows how much cup to get there

*1 game needed because we don’t lose again, right?

Depends on the person. Personally couldn't give a **** how many I played, but some keep count of every point they score.

I dunno how attractive the 300 club is to Wade but I don't feel he'd chase it. 301 or 299 doesn't change anything, all said & done.

Yep. Depends on the player…

In the NHL a couple of years ago a player took minimum wage in his final 2 seasons to be a depth player at his hometown team so he could try and win the comp.

He could have made 5-6x the money and played a more prominent role elsewhere and scored more, but wanted to win.

He retired on 995 points.

I’m saddened that he’s retiring.

But, trying to think how he may think.

He loses his spot to Wilton after YEARS of service, captaincy and assisting in delivering a premiership. (Not to mention injury).

Writing on the wall from management, I’m probably not putting in above and beyond anymore.

Then I announce my retirement.
It’s my actual last year.

I start putting in again.

Now.
I know it’s only been 2 games.

But he’s been awesome.
Imagine he got to this form after he came back from injury and walked back in to his 12 spot.

Probably wouldn’t be talking about a leaky left edge and we might have a bit more leadership on the field compared to what’s going on now.

Even Sifa is defending better

No disrespect to Moylan but I do think Sifa had the “I need to make sure I can help cover Moylan” in the back of his mind which affected his D.

Maybe he has a bit more confidence in Trindall?? Who knows thou
