Surely we're not losing this one... the whole game being moved thing is just a ploy so that Manly players can hide after Shark Park after the game and seek asylum.

Yeah weird list. Can't wait for the losing side to get the knives out over a ****ing trial.

depends on manlys team list, if they do something similar like rest the turbos, dce, tapuau ect, then it should be an even contest and will give us an indication of how far off players like lumelume, xerri, flanno, blayke ect are from making a positive impact for us

if manly name their best 1-17 we will probably get trollyed

I actually think it would be better for us if Manly do play a full strength side.
It will give us a better understanding of where we are with those kids in regards to NRL standard.
It will show If they are up to it yet or still someways off.

Most teams don't run out with a full squad in trial 1. And any big names play very little minutes.

Trial 2 will give us an idea on what Morris is thinking from his starting squad.

it's weird we play the Knights in Trial 2 then play them Rd 1. Looking forward to beating them twice in a row.

It is a bit weird, i hope we don't give too much away in our trial. I am really interested to see how generation next goes. We have some exciting young guys like Xerri, Cruz and Briton that i am excited to see.

So is Flanno banned from watching his kid from the hill?

I don’t think the NRL has banned him from attending any NRL games or grounds as a spectator from what I’ve read.
But he will need to make sure the walkie talkie is well hidden or disguised so as to not be noticed!

If you really wanted to go up yours to the nrl, invite Flanno into the coaches box as a guest. Just like Brisbane with Andrew Gee

Flanno doesn't work for them at the moment he can do what he wants as a spectator right? He's not banned from ever going near rugby league again.
With an appeal in the works he'd be a smart man to stay well away from any officials and players just to avoid those Andrew Gee headlines, but he may not be keen to be in the crowd with everything that's going on at the moment either.
