Top 5 Current Sharks!

Now that the season is over for the first grade team and we have some exciting times ahead with the NSW and NYC teams both making the finals.... who current is your top 5 fav sharks players? Has Tyrone jumped up on peoples lists? has the new buy Taga touched some peoples hearts (i can think of a few already?) How about that St Merg jumper J Smith? Or maybe its that beautiful black beauty Albert kelly ? Look at them eyes... dreamy =D

Anyway rate your top 5 current sharks players (explanation to if you like!)

1. Albert Kelly - Shock right? cant really explain it other then... [something sick].

2. Paul Gallen - The guy is an amazing footballer and an amazing person. Has so much time for everyone and gives to the community as much as he gives on the field. Someone the sharks will always be proud of.

3. Luke Douglas - even though the man is leaving the sharks, he will for ever be installed as one of my fav players to wear our colors. I really hope he comes back to us in the future just like Petro going back to the Broncos. And Steve Rogers coming back to us.

4. Tyrone Peachey - The guy is something to behold and shows how exciting our future is at the sharks. I really hope he becomes a staple in our first grade team next year. Still not sure what position he will play with us since our back row is already packed so well (especially with Graham probably moving there) But he needs to be in the team!

5. Issac Gordon - Coz he is Aboriginal....

Hard to nail it down but ill give it a shot. it usually changes from week to week though ahaha

1. Wade 'GBPHS' Graham - i love his attitude, the way he plays and his passion. passion is a big thing in my eyes and if you got it then you get me pumped as a supporter, hope we lock him up on a big contract!

2. John 'Hotdog' Williams - i dont quite know what it is about him but i love watching him play, i seem to get very excited when he scores so that must mean something right? great goalkicker as well and i love the way he runs the ball back from a kick!

and also if rumours are true he is hung like a ****ing horse.

3. Albert 'Jigsaw' Kelly - love watching this kid run around. great talent and i cant wait to see him get a full season next year with chad and graham and gards all in the same team.
P.s jigsaw i hope im at the brisbane game with you and he scores, that will be intense.

4. Paul 'God' Gallen - I guess hes gotta be in everyones list right? he is the man. the black, the white and the blue. he is everything the sharks stand for and idc who you are or who you go for you gotta respect this guy. one of my all time heros.

5. Nathan 'Big Boy' Gardner - this was a close one between townsend, mills and peach. nothinggets me harder then watching this guy hit a gap and bust open teams. always has a smile on his face and is the x-factor of our side. will always have some shots in the highlights reels and brings good publicity. love this big boy running around and cant wait to see him combine with the other guys next year.

I agree with this.

I reckon the only other possibility is Townsend. Townsend seems like a good leader at NYC level and is a local junior. I think if he progresses into the type of half back I expect him to it will make sense to give him the captaincy even when he's still quite young. I see him as being a captain that literally steers the ship.

Now that Douglas is gone the rest of our team is rookies or guys that haven't been Sharks for that long.

I guess though that De Gois could be a possibility if he stays healthy and sticks around this time.

Fixed.

1) Paul Gallen, because he is God and that is all that needs to be said.

2) Wade Graham, because he's a star in the making. I reckon he can play Origin in a couple of years. We need to lock him up long term.

3) Gardz and AK tied. Both give our team an offensive X-factor that we haven't had since the Peach and Preston.

5) Chad - our future captain and long term halfback. He had a hell of a start to his first grade career. A future 1/6/7/9 of Gardz, Albert, Chad and De Gois with Wade in the backrow is going to be a hell of a team in a few years.
