Sam from the podcast here. Thanks for the feedback. We're happy you want to hear it and that you care enough to say so.

As my bro said, the fact we have commitments outside of work (which for me isn't 9-5 mon-fri)...including seperate music outfits which relies on others schedules, as well as personal family lives...means that we can't always have the one release time nor it being a suitable one. We always try and have it 48hrs before the next game at worst. Throw in we occasionally get an interview and then that person's schedule has to be catered for. So it's not the easiest thing. Having said all that, we will...and have been, doing our best to have it out ASAP in the week.
Regarding the actual time of release, hopefully next year we can have more of an organised, committed release but last night for example, I finished editing and uploading around 11pm. Rather than sit on it til Friday morning, I just sent it out to the world when if was done. No other thought crossed my mind than its done, here you go!

Hope that explains it better. Please do always tell us your thoughts! But yeah, keep in mind we are immensely proud of what we do, put a lot of time and thought into it and indeed sacrifice a bit each week for it. We love doing it and plan on being around for the longest time. Thanks.

Just listened to the podcast boys and I must say it was very good. Don't always get a chance to listen to it as it is an hour long and I struggle to find the time.

Must say, I was stoked to hear you boys are fans of The Mountain Goats and The Donna's. Possibly two of my favourite bands! Keep up the good work!

I must say I have to agree with the boys.

Tuesday-Thursday I'm dying for the podcast because the previous game was only a few days before and I want to hear your thoughts. Plus mid week there isn't a whole lot going on but as the weekend creeps closer and the footy starts I'm over the previous week and you start making plans to see mates etc and I have no time for it (no offense).

I absolutely love the podcast but it's just a little thing. I won't stop listening because it comes out a day later or anything but just a suggestion. I think the game day listen is a no go though. People have sport all weekend and multiple games on and social events I think the viewership would go down.

Midweek when people are stuck at work looking to kill an hour is where it's at.

Keep it up fellas

Yeah midweek is good because you can knock it off on your commute, that's what I do.

Yep driving home in a bit of traffic "oh sweet the podcast is out that'll get keep me going until I get home" or the best time is when you need to take a booming **** and I can knock off the first segment or two on there haha

Mate we both work full time and have lives of our own outside the podcast. The post production and uploading takes several hours that's why it comes out late.

Also I am kinda confused , this weeks episode reviews the dogs game and previews the Warriors game. We can only review the games after the fact.

They let you two out for other things? Who the **** approved that?

I don't even know what I meant about that review/preview **** that makes no sense. I guess I was listening to the podcast after the Bulldogs match, so review the Raiders and previewing the Bulldogs wasn't relevant anymore. Not your issue when I listen obviously but yeah I don't usually get an hour to listen to it before the game anymore.

must be doing the housing commission section last

:lmao

I have never really had time to listen to any of these and have always wanted to, luckily i have just started a new job and i have to commute a bit more then i used too so i am starting to listen to them on my commute from episode 1 and it's really good listening to how you guys change over the episodes.

You get so much more professional as each episode goes on.

It's also good to hear our season change from the first few weeks until now.

keep up the good work.
