Yeah Tieg will be much better for the games he played this year imo. It was really his first year playing 80 on the edge and with Moylan on one side you can tell it was becoming a long season.

I think he’ll go to another level next year.

Hunt could take the last few games as proof he has the attributes to be a good prop.

And JC and Tom better for the experience

I still say we need to raid the UK.
With minimum wage in SL being (approx) $40k, the chance to come to the NRL on $120k would be very appealing.
Try pick up a couple of young, hungry, aggressive forwards to add some mongrel into the pack.

100%. I don’t watch it but surely there are 2-3 players worth at least chasing. Need some aggression and mongrel in our side. Our side is weak as piss.

I think the team will change a bit actually. McInnes and Williams have far and away been our best middles. They’re the only guys who are really good at slowing down the ruck in D while also providing punch in attack. And Trindall is not locked in. Peru or Atkinson could take that spot with the right off season. Maybe Brailey stops playing 80? Dunno. Jesse may share the left edge with Teig? Fitz knows we are not the finished article. I reckon the starting side could look different next year.

I also think we will sign someone. Not a big name but possibly pretty decent.

Im not sure im seeing the change.

Props will be the same as will the hooker, but maybe Dale moves to prop.

Second row will be exactly the same with matbe Cam hanging onto the 13.

All the other spots are taken. Even the bench wont see much change.

My biggest hope and change is that Cam becomes long term captain and his toothless mug goes on billboards. Nothing against Hynes except Cam is a true legit leader.

I think we’ll try stick with two 80 minutes edges but more chance of JC spending some minutes there than Ramien swapping sides I’d say

Still, Wilton attacks quite well especially if he can even slightly increase his ability to catch at the line. And can comfortably play 80. Defence is a massive issue for him though - I think more likely he either defends well enough to hold position or loses it*
Tricky being a little better than Moylan can’t hurt him there

He looks to have put a bit of size during the season

I think Wilton is outstanding, and he'll only get better next season without Moylan next to him.
Think he'd benefit from a better centre too - hence my comments on Dykes playing centre

NSW Cup first. He hasn’t played footy for nearly a year, he needs time to cook in seconds to get his eye in again. After that? Well it’s up to him to force his way into the team somewhere.
