Bulldogs Thompson would like to go to the Roosters for less money allegedly …

Think I’ve heard this tune before …

Thompson has options. Tigers, Dragons, Roosters and Dogs are all interested.
Dogs only want a 1 year deal though (their selling point is him being loyal and on a reduced contract after producing 4 years of ****).

The bulldogs training saga has got a stink of hazing to it. That **** don't fly with the under 25's. They generally need love love not tough love. If you think I'm deriding them I'm not, I'm just saying whats true, they are just as capable as 25 year olds of the past, they just largely weren't raised in a tough love environment.

Agree Chogm, it is a massive fine line Coaches tread today, total minefield, with 30 Differing ages/personalities( and more if several Psycho's) . Ciraldo however would be acutely aware of this . If anything sounds like the senior players are the ones that should have been "Punished" in a whole days session, not the Keen fringe first graders.

Players these days are a new generation.

When things are tough or if it doesn't suit their needs, they'll leave rather than stick it through and build character. Not saying all players are like that, but yeah with my experience generally speaking alot of the the young generation are happy to walk when the smallest inconvenience doesn't suit them.

Of course even very experienced Rep Coaches occasionally get in wrong about a players Psyche, or those having legitimate bad injury's , and pushing them on, with poor outcomes for all..
