Lol as if he was gonna go out and throw Chad under the bus.

Of course he was gonna over compliment him.
He actually believes it - calls it as he sees it - ruthlessly through SJ Under the bus while at Cronulla - ‘ he’s fired zero shots at the sharks ‘ ….

Jayden Sullivan & Kyle Flanagan set for a swap for next year.

“….. swap for next year”

Jnr doesn’t have a contract so it can’t be a swap.

Or are you saying that Jnr is signing a new contract with the dragons and Sullivan is being “released” and has decided to sign with the Dogs?

It can’t be a “swap” if only one of them is contracted.

This would then be a new “signing” for Dragons (Kyle who is un-contracted) with Jayden being “released” early (mutually) to do whatever he wants (and it just so happens that he is going to the dogs).

Even if both off contract technically they can ‘swap’ clubs still

Mate you’ve looked into this way too hard.

They’re both rumoured to be ‘swapping clubs’. Ones going to the dogs the other is going to St Merge.

If it weren't for Shane being at the Dragons now I just would not believe that although it's alleged Sullivan requested a release as far back as last season and Dragons said no.

Dragons have massive wraps on Sullivan and backed him with a long contract. No one has wraps on Kyle anymore and while Jayden is rough around the edges as a half he is still developing. Kyle is already coming into his mid 20's and has not nailed down a position at any club in his career.

If I'm a Dragons fan I am not happy... but I'm not a Dragons fan so suck ****, **** em.

Dogs fans would be happy I would imagine.

Admittedly I haven’t tried looking but has this ‘swap’ been mentioned anywhere but here? Haven’t happened across it

Zero tackle have an article citing News Corp

SMH saying the opposite that Dragons have ruled out Kyle. Maybe Shane fixed a couple dunnies down Kograh on the weekend

So let’s play out the rumours assuming they are true. I can’t see how they can be true.

1. Flannagan
2. Sexton
3. Some Brisbane $500000 junior half - can’t think of his name.
4. Sullivan
5. I could be wrong here but wasn’t there another half from Penrith - a star who Penrith were super pissed to lose.

Too much? Guollds tilting on halves

For me - it’s Sexton all day and no one’s that close really.

Not sure about 5 but you actually did forget Rajab

Gould has come out and said Karl Oloapu will transition to playing lock so if Flanno leaves it is really just Sexton v Sullivan to partner Burton which isn't bad. Rajab currently off contract also I believe.

But they have definitely been going nuts for halves, throwing them in and discarding very quickly,. Wouldn't surprise me if another bad start saw more hasty moves made.

Funny how he used "Broncos want to change my position" as one of the reasons to leave.

Very interesting isn't it. Wonder what it is about 5/8 he hated so much if he is keen on half or lock.

I think the intricate difference may be that his manager has been paid now...

Dogs page has posted this.

SULLIVAN’S NEW HOME 🐶
📰 Fox League

Dragons young gun Jayden Sullivan will reportedly join the Bulldogs for the 2024 season and beyond despite being contracted until the end of 2025.

The 21-year-old signed a contract extension in 2021, committing his future to the Red V club.

However, following the 2022 season Sullivan reportedly requested an immediate release from his contract before he changed his mind to stay at the Dragons.

The young halfback was reportedly left disgruntled after halfback Ben Hunt re-signed but has featured 12 times this season before suffering a hamstring injury in Round 19.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Sullivan will join the Bulldogs next season with Kyle Flanagan joining his dad at the Red V club.

That is despite the signing of Titans young gun Toby Sexton in an immediate switch and paying a $500,000 fee to acquire Broncos prodigy Karl Oloapu.
