Would assume Finucane retires or takes a very low $$ contract at the end of this one. Very low risk signing if they wanted to keep him on the books for cheap in 2026 and have him play a depth role.

For where he's at price/experience wise there's probably no better options. Factor in development, time spent in our systems, familiarity with the squad and he's the only sensible pick unless someone from within overtakes. You're not buying a better fit than Tricky for price/experience.
I'd say Finucane goes & we keep the rest unless someone from within takes their jersey.
