That's a quick promotion!Aaron Woods
Storm even more that way these days. Spend half their budget on spine, add one strike outside back and then top up with athletic youngsters or guys who haven't been reaching potential hoping they go up in value.parramatta are playing their team like supercoach
have 3 players on big coin (moses, brown, gutho) 4 players on good coin (matterson, rcg, paulo, lane) and then hitting autofil and wondering why they are behind snowman on the ladder
im all in on hime next to nichoJack Wighton apparently going to market
Nope.im all in on hime next to nicho
if we get a prop as well
Haha not sure he fits the bill of good budget squad filler anymore.Aaron Woods
Yeah, it seems unlikely the club would even entertain the idea, but damn he would be awesome to pair with Nicho. No to Wighton for me. He's looking for that last big payday. I'd rather see us give Tricky/Dykes a go and keep improving the support around them.
We need A prop that can make metres and doesn’t bend to the opponents defenceim all in on hime next to nicho
if we get a prop as well
You’re right.Wighton is overated as ****. Hasn’t been good for a few years now. Pass.
Flanno factorManly have seemed surprisingly good at finding budget squad fillers
We have limited money. Can't buy caviar on a beer budget mate. You’re right.
We should get Brad Parker and Phoenix Crossland instead
Lots of guys on the forum can do this, don't need to get a rugby league player. We have limited money. Can't buy caviar on a beer budget mate.
Need players who can simply do their Jon consistently week in week out. Similar to how the storm operate. No need to try find 1 Mil for a player who has 1 good game every 5.
I don't think he surrounds himself with the kinda people who talk that ****. I think he knows what makes him happy and its not all about leading the rich list.At $850K Hynes will be earning ~30% less than Mitch Moses on $1.25M.
Sign him up for $850K and you'll have his manager, his family and other teams telling him he's undervalued in no time. How happy is he going to be then? What are the chances he sees out that contract, or signs another with us after?
With the cap increase Hynes on $1M is already a bargain. Why get greedy and risk losing our MVP? That would be foolish.
