Talkin' Sport Legend Caller Passes Away

For anyone that regularly listen to Talkin' Sport each afternoon there has been some sad news today.

Wal Chidgey, known to all as Wal, was a very regular caller to the panel, but he sadly passed away over the weekend.

His calls were great to listen to and he was a true gentleman.

Rest in Peace Wal. You will be sadly missed.

Heard his call recently where he was in the hospital on the line to them and he didn't sound positive at all.

I listen to the show most days and often can't stand some of the callers - but he was always easy to listen to without any of the usual bull****.

Will be missed by any avid listener.
