Anyone else here live on the NR of NSW where all the big damage has been last day or 2? The amount where I am within 24hrs would have given good swimming lessons hahaha.

Can you not use the style I linked for swimming?

I know you can use the one you linked for both as I have snorkled and I swam while I was doing it.

Once you're breathing through a tube I think you are probably both swimming and snorkling, although in a pool the view not be very interesting.
Yes you can but the full face mask would feel very big and uncomfortable for any kind of training. Compare that full mask to swimming goggles as there is a big difference.

The pool view is pretty constant 😀

Okay sure, I have no idea how comfortable it is or isn’t. Just seemed more streamlined than the side pipe.
Goggle band and snorkel band aren’t the epitome of comfort usually either until you kind of forget about them, not sure if this would be same or worse because it’s all around face and has band

Oh, definitely more streamlined than a side pipe. If you look the images I posted, their snorkel is the same.

I was talking about the size of the face mask. A big object like that on your face will make swimming fast very unfortable, that's all.

This is so sad to read. He was one of the coolest swimmers. I wish him all the best and send lots of love and positive thoughts…
