The updates just made me jump from 5th to 3rd in overall points in my main league. I'm pretty stoked, they all take it very seriously!

Finished up:
31,522 on total score (top 4%),
6,676 season rank
$15,584,400 team value

Best season yet... and probably the one I've put the least amount of work into! Just goes to show you can really overthink it and that it's really a bit of a lottery. I'll stick with the eye test players in teams showing good form again for next year.

And Jack Williams... take a bow mate, your 86 this round went a long way to helping get a result!

Finished 28 points out of the top 1000... thought I might be a bit further away after only having 11 for the last round.

Can you believe that in the final round...
Someone came from 110th to be 10th,
Someone came from 326th to be 13th!

And the bloke who was leading, ended up 21st.
That is very harsh. Nobodies fault but his he had no trades left, there was always going to be restings in and everyone else was in same scenario.

Still, the extent only restings really gave the comp an opportunity to be thrown on its head.

I think next year people might try a bit harder to save a trade or two, and might nuff less.

I finished with a boost available in last round but no trades because concerns over people like CNK and then Nicho being more than one week our forced me to use my saved trades.

As they should be... his to lose, but all the pressure with making his trades.
This guy used his 3 trades on Tino ( fair enough ) AJ Brimson playing centre ( not for me ) and Brian Kelly ( just no ) ..

Went with his gut I guess - all in on the titans ..

Yeah I saw that, Tino sure but as you say, AJ at centre and Kelly? Can chase higher upside than that. Was almost his to lose and he flopped.

Had Manly, Panthers and Knights backs I’d have thought were better shouts - panthers only after confirmation nobody else was dropping out.

Koula over Kelly and he wins it

Guess he had the historic success of AJ on his mind. That I can understand (though want tempted myself because of Souths form)

Did become a bit of a lottery though.... I'm not sure anyone could have foreseen the extent of restings. Last year carnage was expected and didn't eventuate.

I finished with 2 boosts left!

Manly at Brookie versus a stack of debutants and no Bateman was a no brainer... I think he had Cleary and Nicho so I can understand why he didn't go DCE, but would have thought Koula was a lock. There's no way AJ was playing 80 mins at fullback.

Then again they finished top 10 and I was no where to be seen!

Ducked in to the app to check Wilton's price and spotted a bloke named Coutts for us in 2RF. Don't remember the name popping up before.
JC is only $238.9k, he has to be in plenty of teams, surely.

Coutts has been discussed on here - Burgo mentioned him just two days ago!

JC if he was named in our 17 would probably make quite a few teams but even then with 4 forward bench including guys like McInnes and Finucane most would probably smell a trap.
