You don't fall into mutliple sports management type roles for being an idiot. You would get found out very quickly and word of mouth would shut the door on opportunities.

When I was completing an assignment over 10 years ago I sent every administrator in the NRL an email requesting the opportunity to have a chat. Only 2 replied (calling me directly), one being Noyce and the other... the Great Steve Rogers.

Noyce is an extremely respected administrator in the NRL. This is a good thing for our club.
