Yeah, not saying he isn’t “that billionaire” but the company Facebook page has just 100 followers. Google search has extremely limited searches about him or his company/research

Not saying you can’t be a billionaire without being known. Also could have have already had his billions before the app and it is his project from that. Maybe they got “billions” wrong with “millions” very big difference.

Anyways I’m just hoping we have someone bigger, with bigger contributions yet to meet with.

Yeah but this company only appears to have a few million in seed funding.

They may well be big one day - and I’m not trying to knock them or any sponsor - but doesn’t seem like the sort to be commanding private planes etc. I can’t see a physical address. And the owner appears to be an Aussie expat, who obviously has money, but not a billionaire. Hopefully he has introduced them to other connections.

$150m is a long long way off being a billionaire though.

As I said I do agree there could be “silent” billionaires out there. I also don’t think that app is worth over a billion. Either this guy has his money from somewhere else, or hopefully we have a separate billionaire waiting to possibly help us more l

It’s not just the no followers. Looks like the app and website were only just made last year, 11 reviews on the app, nothing about them in a google search except their own website (no news articles etc), and using Sharks as their major sporting partner on the website (surely there is bigger if they are worth billions in the US?)

I could be way off but Instagram is only worth $1.6 billion. I can’t see that app generating that much to make him a billionaire over a couple years.

It definitely aligns with us meeting what I think they were saying? an Australian business owner based in America. Then a few days later we get a partnership.

Signs do point it’s him. I think that’s what might be the case, they have mixed up millions with billions.

Yeah I tend to think Gal was just using hyperbole, like any US tech whiz is a billionaire. Hopefully we didn’t pay for a private plane for it.

Yeah not much in that really now looking at it. Probably staff writer got his information a little wrong, Gal probably has his wrong too and they just flew business class to meet him.
