Reminds me of the fisherman friends jersey.

Makes you wonder just what sort of a coup it was landing Aramex as a sponsor when you 'Google' them and find results like this.

Online reviews are the worst thing to happen to to business. You could find about 50:1 negative reviews to positive in most produxt or business reviews. People who arent happy will sling **** on a business to anyone and everyone. People who are happy generally just get on with their lives

Admittedly that is a fair list of dissenters but so many of these companies are similar .

One of my sons Christmas presents from Kogan just turned up today with another company - 20 emails and 2 months later .

never felt the need to write a positive review online. I'll tell friends and family if I like something, but I'm not going to some website to blow some smoke up a companies arse.

Same goes with negative reviews. Use your anger more wisely

Agree with the rest here, people who have a bad experience are disproportionately going to review a product compared to those who have a normal experience.

Especially when it comes it comes to something like this service, it's not really like they can go above and beyond in terms of providing a parcel, it either comes on time or it doesn't.
Gotta say I am super dubious of the courier services that have 1000s of 5 star reviews, not that I think they'd necessarily be worse, I just think it's probably unlikely they are anywhere near that much better and the reviews are incentivized if not outright faked.
Certainly aramex's money is as good as anyone elses to us.

Maybe they see Cronulla 'doing a Phoenix' since the peptide poo fight, and are wanting to do the same by shaking off the old tainted Fastway image.

What caught my attention the most was the percentage of 1 star votes, like 93%. I don't recall ever seeing such a bad report card. If they are wanting to get their act together, they need to start NOW, and get the broom working, and probably from the top down.

Think everyone is mixing Fastway any Aramex. Fastway didn't just decide to change their name around 18 months ago Aramex came in and bought out Fastway.

I should know I used to operate a Fastway franchise for 5 yrs and last yr talked back into coming back which is now Aramex. End of day same Regional franchisees, same courier franchisees etc.

I can tell you one thing 3 yrs ago we never dealt with international freight and now I'd say 70% of deliveries coming through the network are international since Aramex bought them out

Exactly.. you ever got a delivery and gone oh gee whiz that was great I'm going to leave a great review.

You're far more likely to leave a review if they've ****ed up. And it won't be nice.

I've never even come close to thinking that a package delivered within the expected timeframe needs me to go online and review.

In fact I sent something out from work the other day and the guy was supposed to arrive between 12 and 2 to pick it up, got there 30 minutes after job was processed (at 11.20) and I had only just started taping the box up.
I didn't feel the need to go and leave a review... I'm not even sure if being quicker than expected should be a bad review or good review...

As I said before I am super dubious about the legitimacy of some of the other courier services that have 1000s of 5 star reviews...

Also savo up above might be able to clarify this a bit but 700ish 1 star reviews out of how many packages delivered in that time frame? 100s of 1000s? I honestly don't have any idea but probably more than are reflected in the 767 reviews.

So by that logic there shouldn’t be anyone online with a rating above 1.5? DHL has a 3.5.

Mate we got this negative review at work on google and facebook just before christmas which was so far fetched it was a joke. The claims the lady made were all completely false and not once had there been a discussion with us about any issues. You cant remove the review which doesnt help
