I lost my Mother last year, she took her own life my Stepfather the year before due to Cancer whilst over the years I have had to deal with death in places of work never has it been so hard when its family especially when you feel that one of those deaths could have been avoided if only I had picked up the phone.

At times we can all feel a bit broken, know one should ever feel embarrassed about talking about it we all grieve in different ways but if your in trouble speak up.

Would love to see you back posting ASAP and if your ever in Brisbane send me a PM.
