Has the potential, just had a **** few years. But think he would fit in well in our side (yes its congested atm but in all honesty i think we will see at least 1 of our middles be released at the end of the year) which opens up a spot.

If we’re looking for players with a strong mentality and leadership skills, then he’s definitely not who I’d look at. Very inconsistent and doesn’t seem to have it between the ears. Too much of a risk imo.

From what I've read he was really keen on Melbourne originally but his family weren't.

As Gus said on his podcast this week... when team on top is able to poach the best player from the team on the bottom... the cap/contract rules might need a bit of a tweak.

Made the most logical move for his career. I know there were rumours about his family being unhappy to move to Melbourne, but come on, getting the opportunity to play under Bellamy in that system? Definitely gives him the best chance to be an Origin player again. The family might just have to look at the long term picture, grin and bear it for a few years.
