Gonna be hard to get rid of AJ considering he resigned for 5 years lol
I just had a look. It was actually 6 years. At $800,000. He will be 31/32 when that deal expires.

That’s just dumb business. Surely they could have retained him for 2 or 3 years on something more like $550,000ish. If he actually finds a position in first grade in that time, manages to hold it down and becomes worth keeping you can always upgrade and extend.

For me he either plays fullback or nothing.

He’s not a centre. He’s not a half. Not a hooker. He’s a fullback, it’s plain & simple. Titans are deadset retarded for extending him on this kind of deal.

Yeah I was shocked they signed him for so long especially considering how many games he misses and he has yet to really cement a position.

They now don't need him for fullback

AJ Brimson has to be one of the most random/flakey/what position are you type of player there is couple that up with Campbell coupled up with Fifita coupled up with Ramien 2.0 Brian Kelly then topped off with Des Hasler as coach and it’s no wonder why the Titans don’t make any sense
Same as papenhausen, fullback and only fullback

Des looks like he’s out of the Titans if they don’t make the 8 apparently
While I’m not sure Des is the solution, I don’t think he is the problem.

And as always when you are thinking of changing the coach the question becomes: who are you going to get to replace them? I think Trent Barrett would be a perfect fit. Trent would still be useless and the Titans wouldn’t improve, but I think they’d fit together.

David Fifita apparently is being shopped around by his manager seeking interest.

Blokes spat the dummy it seems 😂 titans aren’t getting what they need out him, let him go I say. And use that 1 million on a player/s who actually contribute to the side.
Hope his manager has explained to him that he ain't going to be getting 1M a season anywhere else

Des probably has a clause that if he misses the 8 he can stay on 😂

I think that’s harsh on Des though if they sack him. He’s had some bad luck this season
