Hey guys, created a SF league for those that prefer a Draft style Supercoach

Cheers. Won't be around for the draft, so will set up a list. Would suggest making the timer shorter as otherwise you might find a few others in the same situation.

I've done it the last 4 years.

My suggestion would be 1 minute picks. For 12 teams that is around 3 hours. 5 minute picks and it wont get finished in the evening.

I like 17 players personally, prefer the 4 man bench though, more players each week makes it more interesting. Also for a 12 man league, play byes as it means you can play everyone twice. Also, more fun playing every week. Rest looks good!

I definitely recommend fixing your predraft list, so ranking players. If you miss a pick you get the next guy on your list, so you want to maximise that and eliminate guys like ryan james etc from the list.

It requires a bit of set up, but once you've got your team its less work than classic. No prices of players to worry about, just injuries etc and team trades.

Ok guys, so the Draft timer is now set at 60 seconds

As Proud Shark said, everyone should get their list sorted so we don't have guys ending up with a team full of nobodies, I want this comp to be a success and good fun for all involved

Positions matter, it will account for them to a degree.

If you already have a fullback, but one is next in your list, it will put him on the bench (4-7spots depending on what is set up).

Once your bench is full though, it will only pick you the next best player in a position you need.

Atleast it should anyway..

basically if your list is

teddy
rts
ponga
mitchell

as an example, you are 4th pick and the other 3 go, if you dont pick you will get mitchell
