It's all about winning games Matty C. The more we win, the more pumped up the crowd and the fans will be.
The players are motivated by the salary they receive and the chance to win a premiership. The fans and crowd are motivated by the players playing well and winning. Success breeds the culture. Nothing else matters.

Yeah you'd think so but have you ever been to a game at Brookie? Possibly the worst crowd in the game imo.
